7 Things that cause damage to our skin Take 7...
Today is the wrap-up for the 7 things that cause damage to our skin, and that is sleep positions. We all have our favorite position to sleep, I am a side sleeper, how about you? What is your sleep position? Who knew how you sleep could cause wrinkles?  Well it does.  I mostly notice it on my chest...you know that crease you have that over time has become a permanent crease, and then turns into creases.  Trust me that is my target area when I moisturize, I do my face, neck and chest.  Since I have started it has made a world of difference.  This is what sleeping on your face looks like.  and below how sleeping on your side can increase your chest wrinkles...
 



If you sleep on your side, look at your face and see the difference from one side to the other.  Usually the side you sleep on will have more wrinkles. In image below you can see that by taking care of your skin you can make those fine lines and wrinkles diminish over time.

Well what do think?  Is it worth taking alittle time for our selves and taking care of our face by cleansing, treatments, moisturizing and eye care? YES, I think so as well.  We have so many elements to battle, sun, smoking, stress and lack of sleep, pollution, facial expressions, everyday diet and last but not least sleep positions.  Let's fight back by using products with spf, and if you can quit smoking, get more sleep, cleanse our faces daily to cleanse the pollution we are exposed to daily, use moisturizers to combat the laugh lines, eat healthier and try and sleep on your back...difficult I know but do your best, as Robin Mcgraw states it is never to early or to late to take care of your skin.  A great place to start is with the Anew Skin care.
